Is this for me?

You’ve climbed before and you are familiar with top ropping routes up to 5+ / 6A but would like to start leading and learning about security and protocols. From organizing equipment to put in practice strategies to redpoint routes. 

What will we do?

We meet in the beautiful valley around Guadalest. Here we find dozens of climbing routes. We chose a route to toprope and work on movements in order to lead safely carrying all the right equipment once we learned how to abandon the routes or self rescue. Varieté of climbs, length and difficulty will help us to develop the skills necessary in any situation. Individual assessment.

How long will it take?

Around 8 hours, a full day activity.

To the limestone walls close to Guadalest.

Essential equipment:

  • Comfortable trousers (stretch pants)
  • Comfortable top
  • Polarfleece, Windstopper
  • Waterbottle 2 Liters
  • Sun protection (Sun hat, Sun cream, Sun Glasses)
  • Personal medication
  • Lunch
